England are a difficult team to figure out. They had some moments of brilliance against Italy. Yet, they allowed the Italians to make it a very close game. They will be looking to impress the home crowd against Wales this Saturday. England has a squad packed with talent. You could argue they should be in a better place than they are now. It will be interesting to see how they build off their performance last week. They need to get better if they want to compete for the title. It'll be interesting to see how the players perform in Twickenham, and it could give us a good idea of where the team is.

It was a mixed result for Wales last weekend in Cardiff. The team's opening half performance was horrific. Yet, they produced a superb fightback in the second half, which almost saw them claim victory. There have been a lot of critical changes to the side. Tomos Williams, Ioan Lloyd, and Elliott Dee are making an impact. They came off the bench in Cardiff and played well, which most likely gave them the start in this weekend's game. Wales may look to play a more attacking game, and with Williams on the pitch, the ball's speed will be much quicker. It may be a complete change of tactic for Warren Gatland's side as they will look to cause an upset away from home.

The Bets

There are many exciting betting options to choose from in this game. The best bet is for the total points to be over 44.5. It is because both teams have shown the ability to score tries at will. The value bet is for England to score the first points with a penalty. This bet is hard, but if you weigh the probability with the odds, there could be a good return. A long-shot bet is for England to open with a drop goal. We have seen this more recently since the World Cup, and George Ford has hit many scores this way.

Best bet: Total points to be over 44.5-5/6

Value bet: The first score to be an England penalty-8/5

Longshot bet: The first score to be an England drop goal-25/1
