Garry has looked impressive ever since making the jump from Cage Warriors to the UFC. The Irishman has beaten the likes of Neil Magny and Daniel Rodriguez. Neil will be the toughest test for the 26-year-old. Yet, if Garry wins, big opportunities are likely in store. His striking is immense, and he can finish anyone UFC puts before him. It'll be interesting to see how he performs against Neil and what he does after the fight.

Of course, he gets compared a lot with McGregor. It is because they are Irish, slick strikers, and have bags of charisma. Garry wants to fight on the same card as McGregor and he wants to fight Colby Covington. He shared his thoughts with UFC ON Eurosport.

"Saturday night is a bit different (about a callout). Saturday night, I have a person I want to get on the hit list. I have the perfect date and time for that person," Garry said. McGregor, a certain superstar, wants to fight Michael Chandler at International Fight Week. That's a huge fight. You have the biggest superstar of all time in the sport, but he's also Irish.

"What's the perfect way to represent the Irish? To put me in the co-main event, fighting 'Chaos' Colby Covington," Garry continued. So, you've got Conor McGregor vs Michael Chandler as the main event. In the co-main event, it's Ian Machado Garry vs Colby 'Chaos' Covington. That would be a big night for the Irish, a big night for the UFC, and a big night in my book to silence that mouthpiece."
