Gatland spoke about wanting those players to return.

"Hopefully, you've got Jac Morgan, Dewi Lake, Taulupe, and Taine Plumtree to come back in the mix," he said. That'll give us some options, too, those players being available. Whether Gareth Anscombe comes back into the mix. (Christ) Tshiuzna, too, he's come in, and we've had him in for a couple of days. He's looking in good nick.

"We've got a little depth to return and strengthen us up. From here, if we're on a learning curve from the Six Nations, we can't think this is okay. They've got to go away and continue to work hard.

"The Welsh team is not resting on its laurels. It commits to improving its fitness and skills. The players focus on gym work. They do it to improve their condition for the upcoming summer tour. They are also honing their skills, catching, passing, or kicking, to become a stronger team. This dedication to improvement is a testament to the team's ambition and drive."
