The Formula One season is underway after last weekend's Bahrain Grand Prix. It was a dominant display for Max Verstappen and Red Bull as they swept away the competition. Now, the F1 circus will head to Saudi Arabia for the second round of the championship. It is always a good race in Jeddah and could bring up many exciting betting options.

The Best Bet

The best bet for the weekend is for a Red Bull car to win and Carlos Sainz to finish in the top six. Red Bull looked impressive last weekend as they secured a one-two finish in Bahrain. Verstappen took victory by a mile and led from start to finish. Sergio Pérez looked impressive as he went from 5th to 2nd in the race. Pérez has had great success on this track and will feel confident going into the weekend. Sainz was on the podium last weekend and looks strong in the race. The Spaniard will have a point to prove this season as he looks for a new team for 2025. He will look to carry the momentum he gained in Bahrain and finish in the top six.

The bet: Red Bull to win and Carlos Sainz to finish in the top six-2/5.

The Value Bet

The value bet is for Ferrari to be in pole position. It looks like last year, as the prancing horses are close to Red Bull on one-lap pace. Many people believed Ferrari should have been on pole in Bahrain. But, the drivers couldn't do a good lap in Q3. Charles Leclerc and Sainz look to be in good form now, which means there is always a chance they can put the car on pole. Also, this track is hard. If a driver does well, it can help their lap time. Ferrari was one of the quickest cars in qualifying last week. So, they could start at the front of the grid this weekend.

The bet: Ferrari to be the winning car in qualifying-11/8.

The Longshot Bet

The longshot bet is for Pérez to win the race. The Mexican can build off a prosperous second place last week. He has succeeded in Jeddah, with pole positions and race wins in the past. Pérez is strong when racing on street tracks and has beaten his teammates. Furthermore, one mistake on this track and a driver's race is over. It means that if something happens to Verstappen, Pérez can capture his first victory of the season.

The bet: Sergio Pérez to win-10/1.

It is always an exciting race in Saudi Arabia, and we hope for a competitive competition.
