Thursday Night Football preview and bet builder as the Buffalo Bills take on the New England Patriots

A previous Bills and Patriots matchup

The Buffalo Bills head to Foxborough to take on the New England Patriots in a divisional match up on Thursday night football.

The Bills are coming off a hard-fought victory against the Detroit Lions. The Bills moved the ball through the air against the Lions well. Quarterback Josh Allen racking up 253 passing yards and throwing for two touchdowns. The only criticism of Allen is that he has 5 interceptions in his last four games.  On the defensive side of the ball the Bills haven’t been great. The evidence for this is that they have given up 101 points in their last four games. The Allen led team will be looking to make it three wins in a row this Thursday. A win over the Patriots is important for the Bills as they are a division rival.

When looking at the Patriots, they have a winning record of 6-5. Bill Belichick’s team are coming off a tough loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Yet, there was a shining light for the Patriots and that was quarterback Mac Jones. The second-year quarterback played well against a great Vikings team. This was illustrated by his 382 passing yards and two touchdowns. A key playmaker for New England was DeVante Parker, who went for 80 receiving yards. However, want makes this interesting is that he had four receptions. This means that he averaged 20 yards per reception. This suggests that he could be a key player to target to get a victory. The Patriots will be determined to bounce back after a close defeat last Thursday.
