O'Malley is one of the more popular fighters on the UFC roster today. He is 29 years old. He won a championship by beating Aljamain Sterling at UFC 292. O'Malley will feel confident going into the contest as he is on an impressive winning streak. Yet, the one person who has denied him a perfect record is Vera. The fighter from Ecuador is coming off a win against Pedro Munhoz at UFC 292. Both competitors are good strikers and own tremendous power. Vera has the advantage if the fight hits the ground. O'Malley comes into the fight as a favourite, but Vera's odds will improve as the battle continues. It'll be interesting to see how the rematch goes because they are too quality competitors.

The Rest Of The Card

The rest of the main card is complete with lavish fights. In the co-main event, Dustin Poirier will face Benoît Saint-Denis. It is a tremendous lightweight clash, as both men will soon be vying for a title opportunity. Furthermore, it is a must-win for Poirier as we don't know how long he's got left in the octagon. On the card, we will also see Michael Page's UFC debut as he takes on Kevin Holland. It'll be an entertaining matchup, as both fighters like to put on a show. Gilbert Burns will try to win. He will be against the rising Australian Jack Della Maddalena. It was an important fight for both competitors as they looked to get into the 170-title picture. The opener for the main card is Petr Yan versus Song Yadong. The former champion will look to get back to winning ways against a rising Chinese star in Yadong. The prelims have loads of great fighters competing on them. They include Rafael Dos Anjos, Curtis Blaydes, and Maycee Barbar. It is a great card and looks like a good night in Florida.
