Scotland will clash with England on the weekend for the Calcutta Cup. Scotland are coming off a controversial loss to France and will look to right the wrongs. England have had back-to-back wins over Wales and Italy so far in the tournament. It is always a great game when the two meet and it is always close. Furthermore, there are many exciting betting options for this game. 

A Good Scotland Team

Scotland have looked impressive so far in the tournament. Gregor Townsend's men look like a well-polished side. They are one of the better teams in the championship. Scotland were unlucky not to get result against France. It was due to a controversial TMO decision denying them a try. Of course, there is a lot of history when playing England. Yet, Scotland have had some decent results against the red roses recently. They will need players like Finn Russell to be at their best to achieve a good result. Scottish players are returning from injury. They include Blair Kinghorn and Hamish Watson. It means they will have some key players available to play at Murrayfield. The Scots will look to get their Six Nations campaign back on track with the big win.

A Solid England Side

England has won all their games so far in the championship. Steve Borthwick's team have had two close calls against Wales and Italy in games they could have lost. Yet, they have an excellent group of players and are more than capable of getting a result on the weekend. A key player for them in the championship so far, has been captain Jamie George who has been a good leader for them. They hope to win before playing Ireland in the coming weeks. They will go into game as underdogs but could cause an upset.

There are some exciting betting options for the game. The best bet is for Scotland to win, as they look to be the better team. Also, to this, a value bet is for Scotland to beat England by three points as that is only a difference of a penalty. A longshot bet could be for Scotland to score the first points, lead the game at halftime, and win the match.
