Tyreek Hill is among the most electrifying players in the National Football League today. The wideout's speed and acceleration make him one of the most entertaining players on game day. Hill has been crucial to the Miami Dolphins franchise since joining them in 2022. You could make a strong argument that he is the best player on the team. If Hill plays well and the Dolphins have a good year, there is no reason he wouldn't be in the conversation for MVP. Furthermore, if you were going to place a long-shot bet, why not on Hill, who comes into the season with 100/1 odds?

Hill will be one of the best wide receivers to ever compete in the NFL. His speed sets him apart from others and gives defences a headache when going against him. The 30-year-old is a sensational talent who has been a game-changer for Miami since making the trade with the Kansas City Chiefs. In Chiefs Kingdom, he captured a Super Bowl ring and dominated the AFC years alongside Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. Since joining the Dolphins, he has helped develop quarterback Tua Tagovailoa into one of the best quarterbacks in the league.

Along with this, Hill is a crucial part of one of the most explosive offences in the game today. It is safe to say that Miami would not have had its results in recent years without the lightning-fast wide receiver. To make a Super Bowl run, they will need him to be at his very best.

Why He Is Worth a Bet

The MVP award is synonymous with quarterbacks because the position gets the most credit if a team wins. However, when looking at the Dolphins' roster, Hill is the most important to their success. The difference in results when he gets the ball compared to when he doesn’t is night and day. The speedy wide receiver has had over 1,700 yards each year for the past two seasons. What is more impressive is that he has amassed many of those yards after the catch using his athleticism. This is because Miami's offence relies on Tagovailoa getting the ball out quickly and Hill using his playmaking skills to gain additional yardage. Hill could be in the conversation for MVP if the Dolphins have another successful year because he is so essential to the franchise. For those who like a long shot, it is a great opportunity.

It will be interesting to see how the 2024 season plays out for Miami. Many key players, such as Christian Wilkins, Andrew Van Ginkel, and Jerome Baker, have left the franchise. However, many of those losses were on the defensive side of the ball, which wasn’t the strong point for the franchise last year. If the offence can produce at its regular rate, then the defence doesn’t have to be sensational; it should just be solid. The Dolphins should flow. They have a good shot of making it to the playoffs because they are one of the better teams in the conference, but what will be crucial is the team getting home advantage. Hill will be important in ensuring that the team achieves its potential.

Hill is a sensational player, and seeing how he performs this season will be enjoyable.
